Washington State, located in the Pacific Northwests provides the best of all worlds for bike tours, whether you desire is to road ride the picturesque San Juan Island Chain or be challenged by the Cascade Mountains.  Quaint islands, rolling hills of pasture lands, snow capped volcanoes and wineries await you.

Each of the two retreats designed for this region take on two very different personalities.  The San Juan Islands are there for the ride looking for 25 - 80km, mild temperatures, rolling hills, wine tasting, sea kayaking...discovering life on the different pace while still getting a balanced day of exercise for the body and mind.

The Cascade Mountains will sure to provide longer rides(25 - 100km), exciting descents, mountain passes and a greater opportunity for more emphasis on the ride.
